This is the Lubovy Olena and Oleksii family.

Olena and Oleksii (a leg amputee, wheelchair user) have their own disabled son, Daniil, who has autism and cerebral palsy. And just a month ago, they took custody of three more children whose mother had been deprived of parental rights. The children had lived in terrible conditions and often went hungry for days.

The younger twin girls have a long list of serious diagnoses. Olena takes them to doctors and tries to help them forget those awful days when they spent nights alone in the dark while their mother was drunk. Now the girls and their older brother go to school - they are clothed, clean, and cared for.
